CEO asks: "Finance and Accounting? What's the difference?" A huge one. If you didn't know by now, the two are NOT the same. Accounting is: - backward looking, - recording and collecting Financials, - an important part of Finance. Finance is: - forward looking, - analyzing and interpreting Financials, - THE strategic underlying for all company decisions. Although Accounting's importance is essential, it's not the same as Finance. Stop treating it as such. Happy monday everyone 💪🏼 #finance #business #startups #privateequity #venturecapital
